Sponsorship Opportunities

We have the following sponsorship opportunities available:

After Hours Networking Meetings:

Door Prize Sponsors (3) Contribute a door prize for a networking event ($25.00 Value)

1. Door prize sponsors will be able to place their business cards and/or brochures with their door prize which will be displayed during the meeting.

Food Sponsors (2) $250.00 each 

1. Food sponsors will have the opportunity to greet and exchange business cards and/or brochures with each person as they enter the networking event.(Door Greeter)
   

All Sponsors

• All sponsors will be announced during the meeting.

• Sponsors and one sponsor guest will not be charged a door fee for the meeting they are sponsoring.

• Sponsors will be advertised in all emails, web site, and flyers for the meeting they are sponsoring.

• Sponsors will be responsible for getting their info and logo to us in a timely manner to allow us the time to create the advertisements for each of the above.

• All sponsor will be required to pick up any extra literature of theirs left after the meeting.

Special Event Seminars:

Door Prize Sponsors (3) - Contribute a door prize for Special Event Seminar ($50.00 Value)

1. Able to place their brochures and business cards on each place setting.

2. Announced 3 times during the meeting (at the beginning of the meeting and during the door prize give away and at their introduction)

3. Given 2 minutes at the microphone to tell a little about their business.

Event Sponsor $500.00 or two $250.00 sponsors.

1. Able to place their brochures and business cards on each place setting

2. Display their banner at the meeting.

3. Announced 3 times during the meeting (at the beginning of the meeting and during the door prize give away and at their introduction)

4. Given 3 - 5 minutes at the microphone to tell a little about their business.

5. Event sponsors will have the opportunity to greet and exchange business cards and/or brochures with each person as they enter the networking event. (Door Greeter).

6. Event Sponsor will not be charged for meeting.

All Sponsors

• Sponsors will be advertised in all emails, web site, and flyers for the meeting they are sponsoring.

• Sponsors will be responsible for getting their info and logo to us in a timely manner to allow us the time to create the advertisements for each of the above.
